OPI | Lisbon Collection - Swatches - CassandraMyee

Despite the summer months being long behind us in NZ, that is no excuse to not pull out the bright and bold nail polish shades. Although I love a good neutral on the nails, sometimes you just need something bright and fun to liven your mood. The new OPI Lisbon Collection* offers exactly that - bright tones paired with more neutral soft pinks and nudes for a collection that has a shade to please everyone.

I've been a long time lover of OPI polishes, it is definitely up there with my love for essie and I think you can't wrong with either brand. Collections of late from OPI haven't wowed me, but that has certainly changed with this gorgeous range of shades inspired by Lisbon, Portugal. The collection features 12 new shades which you can get in this mini set. The minis are a great way to try them all out at a really good price too!

The first half of the collection features the shades below, and all swatches show 2 coats on a clear nail polish wheel.

Suzi Chases Portu-geese | a creamy white

Lisbon Wants Moor OPI | soft pink

Made It to the Seventh Hill! | shimmering rose gold pink

You've Got Nata On Me | soft peach

Tagus in That Selfie! | baby pink

No Turning Back from Pink Street | pink magenta

The second half of the collection includes:

Now Museum, Now You Don't | metallic red

A Red-vival City | classic bright red

We Seafood and Eat It | pink based red

Sun, Sea and Sand in my Pants | bright yellow

Closer Than You Might Belem | sea green

Tile Art to Warm Your Heart | vibrant blue

These colours are just gorgeous and so fun. Each shade really impressed me with the overall pigmentation and coverage on the nail. Some of my favourite shades are Closer Than You Might Belem, Made It to Seventh Hill! and You've Got Nata On Me, although all the others I really like and would happily wear on my nails.

The Lisbon Collection is available across the standard range, the Infinite Shine range and the GelColour range so you can have the colours in a selection of various formulas to suit.

What shade would you go for?
